This is how our story begins in 1989 in the streets of Israel. In a small house with one grandmother who cooked us daily. We grew up eating more than a soup. We believed that Food is love, an art...

Our Grandma's cooking style was Tripolitan from North Africa. The chef, who grew up in her grandmother's life, has turned her hobby into a major occupation in her life.

She succeeded in being precise and surprising in dishes and cooking.
